This is a place to make comments about the rental bike fleet, such as repair issues, recurring problems, questions/requests customers make, etc.

Service Issues with Rental Bikes:

• 02-08-2009 Rolling one of the rental bikes into the shop, I discovered the headset had become loose after two days of rental.  I checked the other two bikes and the same is true of them as well.  We need to look at the unique Rans headset adjustment system and try to resolve this issue so we are not replacing headsets on these bikes.  TF
