• 8.28.09   Randy Kling's Aero Spoke wheel is being returned to Aero Spoke.  The wheel is beyond warranty (One year)  we sold it to him 4/4/08.  The RA number is 082809
• 2-07-09 Tyler Bronder picked up his Salsa frame, but when he got it home he discovered the right rear dropout is bent slightly, such that the sides of the slot are not parallel and it won't accept an axle.  TF has emailed Quality, with a link to photos, and we're waiting to hear what they would like us to do.  The considerations are that a lot of frame prep was done in advance, and I hope that Quality will reimburse us or something. • 12-05-08 J&B Items to be returned to Ben Moroff - 1 set SKS silver P45 fenders, badly warped; two Joe Blow Max II pumps with broken bases.  They are back in the plastic "Warranty" tub in the back room near the blue/yellow cabinets.

10.7.08  Hase Kett --- Jim Schiele bought a Kett from us in June.  He lives in Richmond.  He called two weeks ago describing a problem which led me and Jerome at Hase to believe it is a broken axle rod.  I ordered the parts and they arrived today.  I emailed Jim to arrange for him to bring in the trike. 9.14.08  Yuba --- The second Mundo does not have brake levers.  We used existing BR7429 with a cost of $16.  JB

9.11.08  Dahon --- The rear rack on a Speed TR is severely bent so we replaced with new tour rack.  JB
